Registration Process Checklist:

______ Skater Information Form (including waiver on the back)

______ Registration form for current session

______ Pay the annual registration fee


Lesson prices for the 2011-2012 season are as follows:

Tiny Tots Lessons:
(this program only goes forward if there are 5 or more students) 		$10.00
Group Lessons: $12.00
Semi-private lesson : $15 or $17 for premium coach
Private lessons : $19 or $21 for premium coach
